Sealant

Quantities:

• Road tyre (23-30 mm): 60 ml/tyre 
• Gravel tyre: 80 ml/tyre (38-48 mm)
• MTB tyre (29”, 2.0-2.4): 120 ml/tyre. 
• ≥2.4 tyre: 150 ml/tyre.
• A larger quantity is recommended for larger tyres. A larger quantity of product can be used for better protection.
   

Dismounted tyre:

• New tyre: clean the inside with Bike7 Fast Clean and wipe dry.
• Mount one side of the tyre and keep the wheel straight.
• Shake the bottle and pour the required amount directly into the tyre, keeping the bottle upright.
• Fit the tyre completely.

Fitted tyre, with the 150 ml bottle:

• Remove the valve core and place the wheel, with the valve facing downwards, vertically without pressing the rim against the ground.
• Shake the bottle and pour the required amount directly through the valve while holding the bottle upright.
• Reassemble the valve.
   

Inflate the tyre:

• Carefully turn the wheel a full turn.
• Inflate the tyre until it is secure.
• Turn and wobble the wheel for approximately 1 minute to ensure the Bike7 Pro Seal is evenly distributed.
• Inflate the tyre to the desired pressure.
   

Effective life in the tyre is 7 months in normal weather conditions. In high temperatures, it is recommended to refill every 4 months.

When using tyre inserts: first fit the inserts and tyre. Then add Bike7 Sealant via the valve. Turn and wiggle the wheel several times to distribute the product evenly. Then pump up the tyre.

Cleaning:

Fresh (liquid) product can be cleaned with water. Dried stains on the bicycle can be easily removed with Bike7 Fast Clean or Bike7 Clean and on clothing by washing at 30°C with detergent. Contact with the hands may cause slight discolouration of the skin. Discolouration can be easily removed with Bike7 Fast Clean. (Spray onto hands, rub in and wipe off with a paper towel).
